Donald completed his Bachelor of Science in Podology from the Commonwealth University of Health Sciences of St. Christopher & Nevis in 2006, which allowed him to expand on the quality of services he provides to clients, including ingrown toenail braces, fungal nail abatement light services, Nano Silver nail reconstruction, gait analysis, as well as full podology foot evaluations.

Donald currently specializes in foot care for conditions of the feet, especially for the special needs of those with diabetes, cancer, neuropathy, and circulation issues as well as expectant mothers and the elderly.
Along with providing an internship program, private individual and group lessons, Donald currently teaches undergraduate classes in Albany and Rochester for the North American School of Podology (NASP), based in Toronto, Canada. He is also an educator in most major cities in New York State for Footlogix™, a pharmaceutical-grade skin care line of pediceuticals.
Donald is committed to continuing his personal growth as well as educating his clients and other professionals. He considers keeping one foot in providing services and one foot in teaching “a beautiful professional marriage."

With a varied professional background, Donald W. Green, BScPod, CMP, Podologist has worked in hospitality, law, and accounting.
In 1998, he discovered his true passion in the cosmetology arena by becoming a nail technician.
In 2004, he became a Certified Master Pedicurist and began foot care education and consultation for Goldwell NY, a leading supplier of cosmetology products.

After earning her Certified Master Pedicurist (CMP) designation in 2017, Kayla interned extensively with Donald for over eight months. She is happy to have opened her new business and office inside DEFC, LLC.
She exemplifies the superior professional environment and continues to flourish using her elevated technical skill set. In addition to her training, she has completed course work in Infection Control and does per diem assistant practical teaching and trains current interns. She continues to educate herself through the North American School of Podology (NASP). Also, she is equipped to do onsite mobile care for non-ambulatory clients.
